Because of social media, we’re always talking to others.

If you’re anything like me, not a day goes by that you don’t talk to people, especially on Facebook.

And sometimes, those conversations turn into leads. Facebook is an excellent place to grow business connections.

But, keeping track of all of those conversations and leads is hard.

If you leverage Facebook to grow your audience, drive leads, and generate revenue, you likely have too many leads in your messages to keep track of.

Sometimes life just gets in the way. You open a message, get distracted, and lose the lead. The message gets buried, and you completely forget.

It happens to the best of us.

But what if I told you there is a tool out there to help you manage your business relationships and never lose a Facebook lead again?

In this episode of Lights Camera Live, my good friend, Molly Mahoney, stopped by to show me a CRM tool she uses to never lose a Facebook lead: GroupTrack.

What is GroupTrack CRM?

First, what is a CRM?

A CRM is a client (or customer) relationship management tool. In short, it’s a tool that allows you to manage business relationships.

So, GroupTrack is a management and organizational tool that connects your business with your community on Facebook.

With GroupTrack, you can engage with someone anywhere on Facebook, whether it’s your profile, Messenger, or groups.

Whether you are a new entrepreneur or just need a better way to build connections in your industry, GroupTrack makes managing your leads simple.

GroupTrack features include:

  • Tracking conversations and potential leads

  • Organizing connections in every stage of the client journey

  • Adding notes to each contact, including pain points, questions they’ve asked, and resources you’ve sent them

  • Creating a space for you or your team to have ongoing conversations

  • Managing follow-up messages

  • Labeling active conversations (whether you or someone on your team is currently speaking to a contact)

And so much more.

How to use GroupTrack for your business

Molly uses GroupTrack in many different ways to better her business and never lose a lead. Let’s look at a few examples.

Recently, Molly made a post in her Facebook group to announce an upcoming “Ask Me Anything” live video.

Thirty-one people commented on the post, and although Molly replied to a few of the comments, she wanted to track everyone who had questions.

First, she expanded the comment thread. Then, she clicked the GroupTrack CRM Chrome extension button in her menu bar.

Now, there’s an icon next to each person’s name in the comments. When you hover over the icon, you’ll see a drop-down menu with options.

For each person, you can take notes to view later, set tags for groups or other descriptors, save their comment, send a direct message, book a call, and more.

How cool is that?

GroupTrack also makes it easy to set different funnels for each stage of the client journey. This is crucial when making business connections.

When connecting with people, you need to recognize there is a specific client journey that your ideal clients are moving through.

In GroupTrack, you can set the stages where each potential lead is at, whether they are in the Awareness, Consideration, Purchase, or Retention phase.

Organic Retargeting with GroupTrack CRM

Another way to use GroupTrack is through organic retargeting. If you schedule a post about an upcoming video training and say, “Who wants to learn about this?” you can actually send messages to every person who engaged with the post.

First, create a canned message in GroupTrack. Then, click the person who interacted with your post and send the message. Then, add tags and set the client journey stage for that person. You can even set a follow up task to message them again at a later time.

It’s really as simple as that.

There are so many ways to use GroupTrack to manage and organize relationships and conversations, but let’s look at one more.

If you have a team that helps you with your business, such as a virtual assistant, executive assistant, or a social media manager, all of you might talk to potential leads at different times.

But if you do that, it might be hard to keep track of who spoke to who and when.

With GroupTrack, you can mark active conversations to know when someone on your team is already speaking to a client. Then, leave detailed notes to know what’s already been discussed and what the next steps are.

In the note sections, you can focus on their pain points and challenges, their communication styles, what products or events they are interested in, and more.

Overall, GroupTrack makes Facebook EASIER. No more clicking back and forth between your profile, business page, messages, and groups. No more keeping track of your conversations in multiple different places.

GroupTrack is an all-in-one CRM that organizes your life on Facebook and helps you never lose a lead.

What are the risks of losing a Facebook lead?

Every missed connection is a missed opportunity.

With social media, making business connections is easier than ever. But, to get the most out of your relationships, you have to remember to follow up.

In a recent study, 82% of people said they want a potential business connection to follow up with them right away.

Following up with your connections immediately after your initial interaction and managing those conversations every month is hard.

With GroupTrack, you have an all-in-one tool to manage and organize relationships and conversations. GroupTrack truly takes your business to the next level and makes losing Facebook leads a thing of the past.

I challenge you to try GroupTrack for the first three months of this year.

Save this post and come back to let me know how it helped your business.
